A yogurt flavor ice cream base for soft serve machine.
A range of stabilized powder bases. Requires only the addition of milk to get a soft creamy ice cream rich in taste.
Yogo Softeis with fructose
Ingredients: fuctose, dextrose, skim milk powder, vegetable fats (coconut), glucose syrup, yoghurt powder, milk proteins. Emulsifying agents: mono- and diglycerides of food fatty acids, acetic esters of momo- and diglycerides of free fatty acids. Acidifying agent: citric acid. Flavours. Thickening agents: locust bean gum, guar gum. May contain traces of soy.
Dosage: 350g Yogo Softeis to 1l milk and 200g fresh yoghurt.
Process: cold.
